Our team of Dietitians, led by Dr Kerith Duncanson, will provide you with high quality consultations focusing on the development of individual strategies to assist you to meet your dietary and lifestyle needs. 

We provide dietary consultations for weight loss, weight gain, diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, cancer management, gastrointestinal disorders and food intolerances.

All our Dietitians are registered to provide services to Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) clients, Medicare and private health funds. We also accept clients referred under Medicare's Team Care Arrangement (TCA) program, and the Priority Allied Health Services (PAHS) program in Forster-Tuncurry, Taree, Gloucester, Bulahdelah, Tea Gardens and Dungog.

Low FODMAP Pasta

The Good Gut Group has developed Good Gut™ Pasta and Good Gut™ Bread to enable Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) sufferers the freedom to enjoy bread and grain products that more closely resemble everyday products, in both taste and shelf life performance and that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

They have drawn on the latest research that has revealed a low FODMAP diet is a more appropriate treatment for IBS sufferers than the traditionally recommended gluten free diet. Their bread and pasta products deliver on the need for low FODMAP without compromising on your enjoyment.



This brand new app, developed by Dr Kerith Duncanson, will make your low FODMAP diet trial a whole lot easier. The app was created in response to demand from IBS clients who wanted to quickly know what they could substitute for high FODMAP foods.

The app should ideally be used in conjunction with dietary treatment from an accredited or registered dietitian, or in conjunction with the Low FODMAP Fortnight – the first of our IBS Diet programs.

The FODMAP swAPP will help you to understand the limits of some ‘moderate’ FODMAP foods. It also teaches you to differentiate between what is high and low FODMAP at everyday portion sizes.

This app uses everyday quantities of foods so it is practical for you to use. This may mean that some foods listed as low FODMAP on other apps are listed as high FODMAP here but only because of the serving size used.

Gut Feelings - IBS Diet Programs

Our three online IBS diet programs form a proven, step-by-step process to treat and manage IBS in precise detail. These online programs show you exactly what to do every step of the way, right down to which foods to eat when and why.

  • Our first program is the 'Low FODMAP Fortnight' and, as the name suggests, this should be a relatively brief but incredibly effective part of your IBS management journey. This is the stage where the majority of people find tremendous relief and empowerment.
  • Our second program is the 'FODMAP Challenge' and this important phase is often neglected by many people who adopt a low FODMAP lifestyle.  This program will teach you how to gradually re-introduce some higher FODMAP foods to test your tolerance to each.
  • Our third and final program is the 'FODMAP Threshold'. This is the phase where you learn how to live with your respective tolerances to certain foods and to understand what your FODMAP thresholds are for each.
