All of these programs have been designed, and are personally
supervised by Rick
Naylor, who is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist,
registered with the Australian Association for Exercise & Sports
Science, and a registered Fitness Trainer with Fitness Australia.
Rick conducts personal and buddy training sessions in our private
exercise studio in Forster. There are no set start or finish dates for
these programs - you simply join Rick when you are ready and
leave when you no longer need his assistance, usually after a
minimum of 10 weeks.
Our Acceleration Training™ sessions on the POWER PLATE equipment offers a
host of benefits, ranging from an immediate improvement in blood
