Our Exercise Physiology and Dietitian services are recognised by Medicare and you
may be eligible for up to 5 appointments per calendar year (bulk-billed) if:

You have a chronic medical condition and complex care needs
|
|
You are being managed by your GP under an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan
|
|
Your GP includes us in your multidisciplinary care team, and makes an appropriate
referral to us for assistance.
|
| In addition, our Exercise Physiology and Dietitian services are recognised by the
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and you may be eligible for assistance
if:
|
|
You have a chronic illness or injury
|
|
You are a Gold Card holder, or a White Card holder with an accepted disability
|
|
You have been referred by your GP.
|
|
|
If you think you may be eligible for assistance arrange a consultation with
your GP to discuss this option, and whether they considered a referral an appropriate
course of action.
