Our on-line nutrition assessment is
a great way to start your healthier lifestyle and fine tune your
eating habits to achieve your health goals. You will learn how
many serves from each food group you need, and will be provided
with practical strategies to achieve your targets. The step by
step report means that you can make changes gradually, or if you
are really keen you can try them all at once. In Step 3 of
the Nutrition Assessment you will be asked to list your three
priority health goals (eg. reduce body fat/weight, sports
performance, diabetes management, heart health, muscle mass/gain)
and these will be used to personalise your Nutrition Report.
Within one week of submitting your
on-line assessment, you will receive a personalised report that has
been developed by Accredited Practicing Dietitian Kerith Duncanson,
not by a computer program. The beauty of this tailored report is in
the practical and individualised strategies that are set for each
food group based on how many serves of each food group you are
eating, compared to how many you need.
