Nutrition AssessmentRace Nutrition PlanFees

This online service (see fees above) allows you to have your diet assessed by a qualified dietitian. You will be asked to rank your personal nutrition priorities, and then complete an interactive on-line nutrition assessment. Your eating habits and food intake will be compared with your predicted nutritional needs and you will receive a detailed report on current eating habits with targets for dietary change.

Your nutrition goals will be reviewed after a month, for further advice and support. The review involves completion of a follow-up survey addressing the goals set for you in your assessment. You will be provided with additional information, further goals and targets or revised nutrition strategies.

On-line Nutrition Assessment

The nutrition assesment is a three step process:

1. Complete personal details section
2. Complete nutrition assessment (allow 30 minutes)
3. Complete payment section

The assessment includes an ‘average day’ diet record and a food frequency questionnaire. You will be prompted to provide answers to questions about your current eating habits, the results of which will be used to develop your own tailored nutrition plan. Your personal nutrition report will be sent to you within 5 working days.

You will be sent an email three weeks after you receive your report. This will include a series of questions for you to answer regarding your progress. Once these questions have been answered, you will receive your new goals and targets or revised nutrition strategies.

On-line Sports Nutrition Assessments

If you think improving your nutrition will help your sports performance, our
on-line nutrition assessment is a great place to start. The assessment and report is designed for athletes who need to improve their eating habits but are not sure of where to start. You will learn how many serves from each food group you need, and will be provided with practical and personal goals to achieve your targets.

Personal Race Nutrition Plan

Does your race plan for your next Marathon or Half Marathon include a nutrition plan? Our consultant dietitian Kerith Duncanson can tailor a personal race nutrition plan for you, taking into consideration your preferred choice of fuel, past history of dehydration or cramping, and your personal race goals.
