Even fit and motivated people
sometimes find it challenging to eat sensibly. In fact, it is
sometimes harder to eat well to match a high level of exercise when
you have an increased appetite and that feeling that you deserve a
treat after working your body hard.
Some of our clients have found that
they need the structure and specificity of a meal plan to "get on
track" to a healthier diet. The meal plans can be used for a month
or a year, as long as it takes to feel that you can manage and
balance your daily food groups without the plan to follow.
Each day contains adequate
nutrients and is calorie matched to your requirements. A sample meal plan for a male athlete who needs
3000 calories per day is shown here.
