Paediatric feeding issues:
Kerith and Lani are both training in the Sequential Oro-motor Sensory (SOS) feeding approach for dietary management of sensory food related issues and child feeding. We offer a range of behavioural and sensory approaches to child feeding issues for children and families. Conditions that may be managed using these approached include Failure to thrive, overweight and obesity, feeding issues related to Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Child weight status:
Our dietitians work across the spectrum from failure to thrive to childhood obesity, using a whole-of-family approach and collaborating with other health professionals to assist children to achieve and maintain healthy weight.
When children and adolescents have particular nutritional support needs, Help Yourself is able to assist families to plan, obtain and utilise nutritional supplements to assist in achievement of nutrition requirements.

With the diverse skill-set of our dietitians, we can assist with a broad range of nutrition-related paediatric conditions, in collaboration with families and specialist dietitians, paediatricians and associated health professionals.
All our Dietitians are registered with the Dietitians Association of Australia. We accept clients referred under Medicare’s Team Care Arrangement (TCA) program, Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the Priority Allied Health Services (PAHS) program, and those who are self-referred.
