Dr Kerith Duncanson brings more than 30 years of experience in dietetics and a strong research background to our team, with a focus on gut symptom management, dietary adequacy and quality of life.

Dr Georgina Williams is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with experience in gastro-dietetics, with a research focus on the impact of diet on the gut microbiome.

Rick Naylor
Help Yourself Co- Founder & Manager
Rick Naylor (M. Clin Sc) is a Partner in Help Yourself Dietitians and had been practising as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist up to 2017. He has more than 30 years experience in the private health sector and is now managing the day to day operations of Help Yourself Dietitians. Rick provides administrative support to our dietetics teams who work with Help Yourself Dietitians and our sister organisation, Dietitians MidCoast. He is responsible for managing our dietitians and administrative staff, strategic planning, business development and operations.
Rachel Naylor
Dietetic Support Administrator
Rachel is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is dedicated to supporting individuals through compassionate, client centred care that honours each person’s unique journey with food and health. Rachel works closely with our Dietitians to enhance the delivery of comprehensive, personalised nutrition care. She provides support in your nutrition journey by developing resources, monitoring progress, and supporting follow-up to ensure your care remains responsive and aligned with your individual goals.
