Engage VR

We’re delighted to be partnering with Engage VR to expand access to high‑quality, evidence‑guided dietetic care for their community.
Our Dietitians work closely with clients to explore their individual nutritional requirements, identify factors contributing to symptoms, and develop practical strategies that promote stable energy and improved comfort. Their goal is to enhance or maintain daily wellbeing while empowering clients to make informed, sustainable decisions about their health.
Why see an ENGAGE VR Dietitian
- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments to identify potential nutrient deficiencies, ensure adequate intake of nutrients, advise on safe and appropriate use of supplements to fill nutritional gaps, provide accessible nutrition education to support advice.
- Address co-occurring issues such as gastrointestinal problems (e.g., constipation, reflux) to positively influence mood and cognition via the gut-brain axis, and guide clients on managing the nutritional effects of medications.
- Prevent and treat malnutrition by addressing appetite changes, fatigue, and meal‑prep challenges, using energy‑ and protein‑dense strategies like food fortification and appropriate supplements.
- Collaborate closely with Speech Pathologists to ensure prescribed texture-modified diets are nutritionally adequate, palatable and most importantly enjoyable.
- A neuro‑affirming approach broadens food choices by using practical strategies like food chaining and safe‑food exploration in a no‑pressure environment.
